The Activity Dashboard provides insights into your persona’s interactions, including message counts, conversation trends, and agenda completion times. Use this dashboard to track usage and performance over time.

Key Metrics

1. Conversations refer to the number of chat sessions initiated within a selected timeframe.
2. Messages indicate the total number of exchanges between users and the persona.
3. Completed Agendas show how many structured conversations were finished successfully.
4. Average Time per Agenda represents the typical duration it takes to complete an agenda from start to finish.

Overview

The Overview section provides insights into your conversation activity over time. A visual graph tracks engagement patterns, helping you monitor usage trends and detect fluctuations. The Recent Conversations panel displays your latest user interactions, including timestamps and user details, making it easy to review ongoing engagements. Similarly, the Recent Agendas section lists recently completed agendas, allowing you to track structured conversations and assess their completion rates.

Filtering & Data Exploration

You can filter data by date range to focus on specific periods and select key metrics such as total conversations, total messages, or agenda completions. These options help you analyze persona performance and user engagement more effectively.

Clickable Insights

Clicking on a Recent Conversation opens the full interaction history, similar to the Conversations tab. Selecting an agenda from Recent Agendas reveals its complete conversation history and summary, making it easier for you to review agenda outcomes and optimize future interactions.
