Retrains (To be deprecated)

NOTE: We will be deprecating the Retrain tab later this year as we have found that updating your original knowledge base docs provide much better results than retraining.

The Retrains feature helps improve your AI persona’s responses by refining past interactions. Follow these steps to optimize your AI’s performance.

Accessing Retrains

To access retrains, go to the My Persona section in your dashboard and click on the Retrains tab. Here, you’ll see a list of past retrain attempts, including four key elements:

  • User Message – the original input from the user.
  • Original Message – the initial response given by the AI.
  • Training – the version where adjustments were made.
  • Improved Answer – the final, optimized response that the AI will now use.

Searching and Editing Retrains

You can find specific retrains using filters such as Search by or Date. To make changes, click the Edit icon next to an entry to update the improved response. If a retrain is no longer needed, click the Delete icon to permanently remove it.
