Scoring
Overview
The Agenda Scoring feature in Persona Studios allows users to evaluate and prioritize conversations based on predefined criteria. This feature is particularly useful for identifying high-quality interactions and filtering out less relevant ones.
Scoring Mechanism
The scoring system utilizes two types of flags:
- Green Flags: Represent positive attributes or desirable characteristics in a conversation. For example, “If the user has more than five years of experience in customer support.”
- Red Flags: Indicate dealbreakers or undesirable traits. For instance, “If the user is unwilling to relocate.”
Each flag is evaluated as either true or false based on the conversation’s content.
Customization
- Weighting: Green flags can be assigned different point values to reflect their importance. For example, “Previous leadership experience” might be worth 3 points, while “Relevant certification” is worth 1 point.
- Criteria Definition: Flags should be specific and measurable to ensure accurate scoring. Avoid vague or subjective criteria.
Application
- Sorting: Use green flag scores to rank conversations, prioritizing those with higher scores.
- Filtering: Apply red flag criteria to exclude conversations that meet dealbreaker conditions.
Integration
Scoring results can be mapped to CRM systems, enabling streamlined workflows and data-driven decision-making.
