Agenda Scoring
Agenda Scoring in Persona Studios helps you evaluate and prioritize conversations based on custom criteria. This is particularly useful for identifying high-quality interactions and filtering out less relevant ones (for example spotting high-quality leads or filtering candidates in interviews).
Flags
There are two types of flags:
- Green Flags: Indicate positive traits. Example: “User has over five years of customer support experience.”
- Red Flags: Indicate dealbreakers. Example: “User is unwilling to relocate.”
Each flag is marked as true or false based on the conversation’s content.
Fun Fact: Flags are just agenda-level inferred outputs. They evaluate the entire conversation against your criteria to determine the flag result.
How to Set Up Scoring
- Go to your agenda and click “Scoring Settings” under “Agenda Completion.”
- Click ”+ Add new scoring” to create a flag.
- Fill in:
- Flag Name
- Description – this is the prompt the AI uses to evaluate if the flag is true or flase
- Flag Type – Green or Red
- Points – assign a score (optional)
Tips & Best Practices
- Keep flag descriptions specific and measurable - avoid vague prompts.
- Use the Test button to refine and preview your flag behavior.
- Assign point values based on importance (e.g. leadership = 3 points, certification = 1 point).
