Subscriptions

Overview

The Subscription tab lets you manage your plan, track usage, view billing history, and handle payment related details for your AI persona.


Accessing the Subscription Tab

Go to the My Persona section in your dashboard and click on the Subscription tab.


Plans & Limits

We offer three subscription plans:

  1. Playground Plan (Free)

    • Includes up to 200 messages per month
    • No recurring charges
  2. Pro Plan (Monthly)

    • $199/month
    • Includes 1,000 messages
    • First 1,000 messages are free for the first 30 days
    • Extra messages are billed at $0.15 each

    Pro Plan (Yearly)

    • $1,990/year
    • Save 16% compared to the monthly plan
  3. Enterprise Plan

    • Custom pricing with bespoke integrations and features

Subscription Plan Section

This section shows:

  • Your current plan
  • Message usage (number of messages and % of message allowance used)
  • Billing period
  • Options to upgrade or cancel your plan

Payment Details Section

View and manage your payment methods (e.g., credit cards). To update your payment method:

  • Click the Change button
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

Usages Section

See a list of your persona’s messsage usage for current and past billing periods.


Invoices Section

See a list of your past payments.

  • To view an invoice: Click View next to the relevant payment

Upcoming Invoices Section

Check your upcoming payments, including:

  • Billing date
  • Amount due

Managing Subscription & Payments

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click the Cancel Subscription button under the Subscription Plan section.
  2. Confirm the cancellation in the popup.
  3. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing period—or until your message limit is reached, whichever comes first.
