Subscriptions

Overview

The Subscription tab allows you to manage your persona’s plan, track usage, and handle billing.

To access your subscription details:

  • Click on the Subscription tab in the navigation menu.
  • The page is divided into two sections:
  1. Subscription Plan (Left Panel)
  2. Payment Details (Right Panel)

Plans & Limits

We currently offer two plans along with an annual option for added savings::

  1. Playground Plan (Free) This plan includes up to 200 messages with no recurring charges.
  2. Pro Plan (Paid Monthly): Priced at $199 per month, the Pro Plan includes 1,000 messages per month—with the first 1,000 messages free for the first 30 days. If you exceed the limit, additional messages are billed at $0.15 per message.
  3. Pro Plan (Paid Yearly): Alternatively, you can choose the annual plan for $1,990 per year, giving you a 25% discount compared to the monthly rate.

Subscription Plan Section

  • Plan Status: Displays whether your subscription is Active or Inactive.
  • Message Usage:
  • Tracks the number of messages used out of the total available (e.g., 693 / 1000 messages used).
  • A progress bar visually represents usage percentage.
  • Plan Type: Shows the current plan (e.g., Pro Plan).
  • Billing Cycle: Indicates the payment frequency (e.g., Monthly).
  • Billing Period:
  • Start Date: The date your billing cycle begins (e.g., Feb 21, 2025).
  • End Date: The date your billing cycle ends (e.g., Mar 21, 2025).
  • Pricing Details: Displays the cost of your plan (e.g., $199.00 per month for 1000 messages + $0.15 per message).
  • Cancel Subscription Button: Allows users to cancel their subscription if needed.

Managing Subscription & Payments

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

  • Click the Cancel Subscription button under the Subscription Plan section.
  • Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up prompt.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the billing period ends.

How to Update Your Payment Method:

  • Click the Change button in the Payment Details section.
  • Enter new card details as prompted.
  • Save the changes to update your billing information.
