SMS

To connect your persona to SMS, go to the “Channels” page in your dashboard and click the gear icon next to “SMS”.

By request. To request SMS click “Request SMS Channel” on your dashboard and our team will reach out to finalize the connection. Once connected, your persona’s SMS number will appear on your dashboard under My Persona > Channels, with the SMS channel marked as “connected.”
