Sessions

Sessions allow you to separate conversations into distinct threads (a group of messages between a user and your persona that starts with the user’s first message and ends after a set period of inactivity). After each session is completed, you can export conversation info - such as user data, session date/time, transcripts, alert info, and inferred outputs (Learn More) - into external systems like HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.

Session Settings

To enable sessions, go to My Persona > Settings > Session Settings and toggle “Enable Sessions” to on. Once enabled, sessions will be activated. In the configuration panel, you can set the Session Timeout, which defines how long it takes for a session to time out (default is 2 hours).

Session Outputs

After a user completes a session, you can collect inferred outputs - like conversation summaries, key moments, and performance scores. To add a session output, click ”+ Add Output”.

Session Completions

Here you can pass final session data to an external system like Google Sheets, Airtable, or HubSpot. To add a session completion, click ”+ Add Completion”.
