Step 1: Set Up a WhatsApp Business Platform Account

Begin by visiting the WhatsApp Business Platform and follow the steps to create and verify your account. During the setup process, make sure to add shared@personastudios.ai as a user. This grants Persona Studios the necessary access to integrate your account.

Step 2: Request WhatsApp Connection

After your WhatsApp Business account is fully set up, head to your Persona Dashboard.

Navigate to the My Persona tab, then scroll to the Channels section.

Click Request WhatsApp Channel and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection process.

Once connected, your AI persona will be able to communicate with users directly through WhatsApp.
